1. I love Craig's List in my area. Check and see if you have it in your area... you pick up the stuff instead of shipping it to you (so you save money) but it is like a giant garage sale and a lot of the stuff is gently used and some even with tags!! Other than that... walmart.com or target.com always have cheap kids clothing.
2. If you have a freecycle group near you, I'd try them, there's always loads of kids stuff on the one near me, good luck.
3. ebay... you can get clothing bundles dead cheap, some still have tags. ooops sorry didn't see the apart from ebay bit.

5. try www.gumtree.com they have a special section where they give away free stuff
6. kiddicare, babies r us, woolworths, adams. type them into google and they should come up. if i think of any more ill add them for you.
