What is the best stain remover for kids clothes?

The formula stains are the worst and I mostly breast feed but I have so many kids clothes that are ruined by stains. I have used spray and wash which works for some stains but before I ditch these items I thought maybe there are some better things I can try first. Thanks for any suggestions.

1. I swear by Spray-n-wash Dual action. I also find the orignal Spray-n-wash works quite well. For whites I use the Clorox bleach pen... it's amazing!!
2. oxi clean works wonders they get the grass stains out that my one year old gets on her clothes
